- The Client, after receiving the offer with the terms of service, sends a written order approved by a person authorized to incur financial obligations on behalf of his/her company
- An order confirmation will be sent by ProLingoTech
- An update of the offer (amount and date) may be required if the Client requests any changes to initial contract, for example, in case of updating any documentation
- If the Client withdraws during the execution of the order then they will be liable to pay for the service till that point
- ProLingoTech will be not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the use of translated documents and liability for the prepared translations is limited to the amount of the order
- ProLingoTech is not responsible for changes in the text of the translation introduced by third parties
- Complaints will be considered only if these are made within 10 working days
- We reserve the right to delay due to force majeure (e.g. epidemic restrictions, failure of telecommunications means, unexpected natural phenomena)
- On acceptation of an offer, the Parties will not disclose to third parties, without prior written consent, detailed information related to commercial cooperation (Confidential Information). Confidentiality covers, in particular, the scope of the work carried out, the transferred knowledge of technology, documentation and the content of negotiations
- The confidentiality clause, however, does not cover establishing co-operation, which may be used by the Parties for promotional or image-building purposes
