The administrator of the personal data provided by the User on the Website is ProLingoTech.eu Leszek Kasprzyczak, Mościckiego 8/25, 40-841 Katowice, NIP 576-14-62-283 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”). The Administrator shall ensure the security of the data provided.

Based on the provisions on personal data protection set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”), the Administrator’s aim is to duly inform the Users about the rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, the methods of collecting, processing and protecting personal data, as well as about the Users’ rights in connection with their use of the www.ProLingoTech.eu Leszek Kasprzyczak Website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

I. USER’S CONSENT

Using the Website by the User means that the User accepts that the Administrator collects and uses personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The User’s personal data shall not be transferred by the Administrator to any third parties.

V. USER’S RIGHTS

At each stage of data processing, the User has the right to access his/her data, verify the correctness of data processing, make corrections, as well as to object to its processing or demand its deletion.

The User whose personal data are processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

VI. COOKIES

The Administrator informs that while using the Website short text information called “cookies” are stored in the User’s end device. Cookie files contain such IT data as the IP address concerning a User, the name of the website they come from, time of their storage on the User’s end device, recording of parameters and statistics, and a unique number. “Cookies” are directed to the Website server through a web browser installed in the User’s end device.

Cookies are used on the Website in order to:

– maintaining technical correctness and continuity of the session between the Website server and User’s end device;

– optimisation of the use of the Website by User and adjustment of their display on User’s end device;
